Thomas Albaugh Paid Tribute

Robert Frontz Wins Area 12
Toastmasters Speech Contest

Trophies to the winners of the Speech contest for Area 12, District 13, sponsored by the Toastmasters
International. The contest was held at the auditorium of the Steubenville YMCA Saturday night. Winners
of the contest were Robert Frontz, of the East Liverpool Club-lst place; Phil Cottone, of Steubenville-
Runner-up and alternate. Other contestants were James Seibert of Wheeling and Milan Vidich of Weirton.
John S. Dorich, Governor for Area 12 of Toastmasters was the contest chairman.

the Toastmasters Club of East
Liverpool, was the winner of the
speech contest for Area 12, Dis-
trict 13 Toastmasters Inter-
national held in the auditorium
of the Steubenville YMCA Sat-
urday night at a dinner-meeting.
His topic was "My View of an
American". Mr. Frontz will
represent Area 12 in adivisional
contest to be held in April.
Runner-up and alternate will
be Philllp Cottone of the Steu-
benville Toastmasters Club. He
placed second in the contest. The
other contestants at the Area
level were Milan Vidich of
Weirton and James Seibert of
the Wheeling Toastmasters Club.
Judges for the contest were:

from Wheeling; George Miller
and Joseph Hill from Weirton;
James F. Cunningham and Fran-
cis J. House of East Liverpool;
John T. Rodgers and Robert G.
Hilz from the Steubenville Club.

Club was Chief Judge.
George Rebres, president of
the Steubenville Toastmasters
organization, presided over the
dinner. Monsignor James C.
Marshall gave the invocation and
the benediction.
